Shape
A module may have various shapes performing a same function. For example, a launcher can be straight, curved or mixed, a jump module can consist of two curves, two sloping planes or a curve and a tilted plane, and so on. A ramp will be defined as a function of its curvature and the presence or otherwise of a vertical zone at the top of the curve, etc.
Dimensions
The dimensions of a structure depend on the technical level of the users and the sport. For example, a low jump module (0.40 m < H < 0.60 m) would be used by beginners and will be associated with a low launcher (1.00 m < h < 1.25 m) and conversely a high jump table (h > 0.80 m) will be associated with a high launcher (h > 1.50 m) for experienced users.
